-That TRANSPORT IS NOT INCLUSIVE.

- 75% deposit on order or upon booking of services and items; the balance to be cleared after delivery of service as per the agreed terms.

- That Review and Cancellation policy: Reviewing a signed agreement and Cancellation must be in writing at

least 2 weeks before event: 30% of total amount is refundable, 2 months or less is non reviewed or Non-

refundable.

- That CLICK NATION PHOTOGRAPHY warrants to deliver in good time, clean and excellent services as per

quoted.

- That In the case CLICK NATION PHOTOGRAPHY is in material breach of the contract, non- deliverable items

or damaged goods and services, client is entitled to a refund of the non- deliverables.

- That the Client by signing of this contract indemnifies CLICK NATION PHOTOGRAPHY, its successors, heirs or

assigns from all and any claim arising out of loss, injury, force majeure damage arising out the use of our

equipment/services and further indemnifies CLICKNATION PHOTOGRAPHY from any claim that may arise as of

this agreement.
